According to sources, a blogger, Chukwuebuka Isidore aka"Ghostmood" was shot by the police when he tried to evade their sight somewhere around Azikiwe, mile 2 diobu Port Harcourt where he was seen smoking with a group of friends and they were surrounded by the cops.
This is really sad.
