The 54-year-old is being accused of passing on three STDs to Cathriona White before her death, in court proceedings by her ex-husband Mark Burton.
However, the claims have been slammed by Jim's lawyer who has stated the new allegations are fake and only make Mark looked "desperate".
The legal buff Marty Singer said: "Mark Burton's amended lawsuit is categorically disputed."This is a desperate, bogus claim made by the 'husband' of the sham marriage."
The attorney goes on to add that the STD claim, which allegedly occurred in 2013, doesn't make sense due to the fact Cathriona "reached out to Jim" the following year "begging him to continue the relationship".
Earlier this month, Mark filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the superstar actor claiming he helped "facilitate" Cathriona's death.In legal documents, Mark alleges The Mask actor was the one who distributed the pills that led to her dying from an overdose of Ambien, Propranolol and Percocet in September 2015.
