preview of our team. That’s how confident we are in our selection.
Goalie: We have gone for the cheap option to save money for
fire power up front. We initially thought of playing Jakupovic, but then Hull
just bought a shiny new keeper named David Marshall. This means that it’s 50-50 whether Jakupovic will keep his shirt in the starting lineup. Until that’s settled, we have relegated Jakupovic to the bench and have promoted Heaton, Burnley's keeper. He has 17 points in total, which is not too shabby at all.
Defenders: Our back four consists of even more cheap options. We have McAuley, Gibson, Holgate and Collins. But don't let thier price decieve you. All four defenders have been earning points this season. Plus none of them are playing against big clubs, so a clean sheet or two might still be possible. Yes, yes, we know that we have Valencia on the bench, but the truth is that it may be difficult for Man United to keep a clean sheet against Man City. Don't worry about that, though. We have a secret weapon.
Midfielders: Here's where it gets interesting and we begin to splash some cash. Our midfield is a veritable mix of maestros, all off whom are currently the best in thier positions in the FPL (thats what the blue star by thier names mean). Hazard, Sterling and Sanchez need no introduction. Wish I could say the same for Capoue. However, he has been racking up points of recent, and we hope it continues this week.
Strikers: Up top, we've got the strike duo of Ibra and Costa. Bad boys, big hitters, killers. They only have eyes for the goal, and between them, the have five goals already this season. Costa is a bit of a risk, because the guy seems to think that yellow card is some type of award. We can only pray that he will behave himself this weekend. We have Defoe on the bench because, who he wan bench for the team? Na Costa, abi na Ibra?
Secret weapon: We have decided to unleash our secret weapon early, just so you guys know that we will not take it easy on you, even though we released our team before the match. And our secret weapon is......... drumroll...........BENCH BOOST! (Evil laughter!) Now you can see why we would confidently put Valencia on the bench.
