The former Chairman of the House Committee on Appropriation, Abdulmumin Jibrin has said he will not appear before the House Committee on Ethics and Privileges.
Jibrin who is expected to have his day before the committee on Monday told journalist in Abuja on Sunday that he will not honour the committee’s invitation.
