Aguero gets a 3-match Ban

Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has been given a three match ban after an intentional 76th  minute elbow to West Ham's Winston Reid. The foul was missed by the referee hence, the action taken by the Football Federation.

The Man City star  and his club have decided to contest the ban stating that referee Andre Marriner must have seen the incident and thereby should not have passed on the decision to a three-man FA panel.

If this ban is not lifted, then Aguero is bound to miss the much anticipated Manchester derby.

I am sure Mourinho is smiling somewhere now.
